I managed the Lion Way for Account Management coaching website (LW4AM). It was an internally hosted WordPress installation which acted as the knowledge repository for the LW4AM program. It was a “one stop shop”and central point which housed all the information Account Managers needed to do excel in their roles. From initial induction for new starters, right through to advanced job tools and self improvement.
As the LW4AM project created new job tools and capability items, new pages and sections were created to house the learning materials. The website was designed so it could be used on any device (responsive) and regularly updated and redesigned to be intuitive and easy to use. In 2021 we decommissioned the website and translated the entire website structure, layout, artwork design and all learning materials to SharePoint.
