The Supplier Income into RMS software and reporting changes required a suite of reference guides, eLearning tutorials and support materials to be designed for the Coles Merchandise and Payments teams – around 700 people. All team members were required to attend a training session and needed takeaway support materials.
I made 7 different reference guides for various roles with the teams for the training sessions. The reference guides documented a series of complex financial processes. I endeavoured to make these complex process more easy to understand by making a series of simple graphic process maps which were well understood and well received based on training feedback. I made the icons in Photoshop and laid the content out in Microsoft Word.
