The Coles Retail Leaders program is an internal leadership program offered to Store Managers, Store Support Managers and Department Managers. There are several different categories for each level which makes the Retail Leaders Program one of the largest learning programs Coles offers to its staff.
Over the time of my employment at Coles I have regularly been involved in designing the reference guide layouts, supplying graphic artwork, transforming written information into more easily read graphics, and mentoring colleagues during different print runs. The Retail Leaders program documentation is made with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
