Coles did a major overhaul of its staff rostering and staff reporting systems in 2013/2014. The end result was called OneTeam and incorporated 14 different software programs into one. I was tasked to put together an introduction teaser to introduce the new system that could be viewed by Supermarkets team members online at mycoles.com.au and the Coles Intranet. I used Photoshop, Illustrator and Articulate Storyline to produce the end result which was sent out to an audience of 85 thousand Coles team members. The eLearning module output was responsive HTML5 so that that it could be viewed on store IPads and also back office computers.
