Learning & Development is responsible for delivering Train The Trainer learning programs to team members throughout supermarkets as required to facilitate change programs and new software projects. After carefully looking at the materials that had been previously used, my manager and I felt that we could design a more hands on and fit for purpose Train the Trainer program. We sat down and compiled our 20 years of delivering training experience into a new Train the Trainer program which we named Facilitate with Engagement. We wanted the participants to have a useful, take away guide which was filled with real life experience and plenty of tips and tricks to get them started.
The Facilitate with Engagement program was a fantastic success and received accolades from all over Coles. The Facilitate with Engagement sessions I was involved in were the most memorable of my professional career. In my career, this is the piece of work which I am most proud of and grateful to be involved with.
