Using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Captivate 4, I created this template proposal for AGL’s Privacy for Customer Services module in 2011. I was supplied with the content and was instructed to make it pop and make it as “Gen Y” as possible to engage the Customer Service Representative audience which is generally made up of 18 to 30 year olds. This was my first attempt at using a character to introduce information to the end user and he was well received by all. I probably wouldn’t make something like this now but wanted to display a sample of my graphic design skills. There is a lot of information on each screen but it did appear in chunks – not all at once on the screen.
Adobe Captivate has also come a long way since I made this and delivers much more innovative functionality and design possibilities today in the most recent version – Captivate 8. N.B. To protect any commercially sensitive information belonging to AGL Energy, I cannot display the software screens from these eLearning modules publically.
