Coles Head Office Finance had made significant changes to the ways the Finance department recorded and reported income from stores in its RMS software. I was asked to create a plain English flip chart reference guide that would translate complex financial information and reporting requirements into one simple explanation page per financial process. This reference guide was designed and laid out in Adobe InDesign and the artwork was produced using Adobe Illustrator.
