In 2012 Coles began to implement one way of ordering and receiving supermarket stock from suppliers by using the new Coles Supplier Portal. Traditionally, Coles had used a paper based ordering system from their 6000 plus suppliers which was different from state to state and store to store. This was a major change to the way Coles and suppliers worked together and required a large suite of online and printed learning and support materials.
I worked on the design, production and continuous improvement of a suite of eLearning tutorials, online user reference guides and the Coles Supplier Portal Direct Store Deliveries website area.
